- 7 on 7 Soccer Teams, 4 men and 3 women on Co-ed teams
- Usually with 2 or 3 subs
- No Sliding Tackles (This is a recreational league)
- Two 25 min. halves with one referee on a 35 X 50 yard soccer field.
- Mini Soccer goals (Size of ice hockey net)
- 10 Week Season=8 Weeks Regular Games + 2 weeks Playoffs/ Single Elimination
- All Teams make playoffs 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, Grand Final
- Price: $320 per team plus referee fees
- Winning Team wins Championship T-Shirt & Picture with the Championship Cup for the Website Hall of Champions
